Shipping typically takes 1–3 weeks, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Please note that many of our products are made in-house by our small team, so processing times may vary based on production volume.

All orders are shipped via UPS or USPS, depending on the destination and package size.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are reserving a product that is not yet in stock. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated wait time for production and delivery.

Pre-orders are not eligible for refunds solely due to the wait time. Refunds will only be considered in cases of extenuating circumstances.
