Shipping & Processing Time

Shipping typically takes 1–3 weeks, unless otherwise stated at checkout. Many of our products are made in-house by our small team, so processing times may vary based on production volume.

All orders ship via UPS or USPS, depending on destination and package size.

If you run into any issues with your order (delays, missing items, or damage), please contact us via email and our team will help as soon as possible.

Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you're reserving a product that isn't yet in stock. By placing a pre-order, you acknowledge and agree to the estimated wait time for production and delivery.

Pre-orders are not eligible for refunds based on wait time alone. Refunds are considered only in cases of extenuating circumstances.
