Shipping Policy
Shipping typically takes 1–3 weeks unless otherwise stated at checkout. Many of our products are made in-house by our small team, so processing times can vary with production volume. All orders ship via UPS or USPS depending on destination and package size. If anything goes wrong with your order — delays, missing items, or damage — email us and we'll help as soon as we can.
Pre-Orders
A pre-order reserves a product that isn't in stock yet. By placing one, you agree to the estimated wait time for production and delivery. Because the wait is expected, pre-orders aren't eligible for refunds based on wait time alone — refunds are considered only in extenuating circumstances.
Refund Policy
We do not offer refunds unless the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If something's wrong, contact us right away so we can evaluate it — depending on the issue, we may offer a replacement or store credit. Refunds are issued only after a return request is submitted and approved.
